Terms and Conditions for Free UPS 2-Day Shipping Promotion
Promotion Period:
The Free UPS 2-Day Shipping promotion is valid from 12th June 2023 through 13th June 2023, until 12 PM Central Time (CT).
Eligibility:
This promotion is open to all customers who place an order on BED|STU.com during the promotion period.
Free Shipping:
During the promotion period, all eligible orders placed on BED|STU.com will qualify for free UPS 2-Day Shipping. The standard shipping fee will be waived for eligible orders, and they will be shipped via UPS's 2-day shipping service.
Eligible Orders:
To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet the following criteria:
a. The order must be placed on BED|STU.com during the promotion period.
b. The order must be shipped to a valid address within the United States.
c. The order must be eligible for UPS 2-Day Shipping based on UPS's shipping policies and guidelines.
Exclusions:
The following items and situations are excluded from the Free UPS 2-Day Shipping promotion:
a. Orders shipping to addresses outside the United States.
b. Orders that include back-ordered or pre-order items.
c. Orders that include oversized or overweight items that require special handling or shipping.
d. Orders that require expedited shipping options other than UPS's 2-day shipping.
Shipping Method:
Eligible orders will be shipped via UPS's 2-day shipping service, subject to the terms and conditions of UPS. BED|STU.com reserves the right to select the shipping carrier at its discretion.
Order Processing Time:
BED|STU.com will make every effort to process and ship eligible orders within the standard order processing time. However, unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes may cause delays. BED|STU.com does not guarantee same-day order processing during the promotion period.
Returns and Exchanges:
The standard return and exchange policy of BED|STU.com will apply to all orders placed during the promotion period. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges section for more details.
Modification or Termination of Promotion:
BED|STU.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the Free UPS 2-Day Shipping promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes or updates will be posted on BED|STU.com.
General Terms:
a. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
b. The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
c. BED|STU.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms and conditions or its policies.
